We do not currently offer digital prints.
All items are usually shipped within 2 to 6 business days. (Weekends are not business days). Production time may take longer for some items, please double check listing details for turnaround times and delivery estimates.

All items in my shop are made to order so we cannot offer returns or exchanges. We ask that you read our full item descriptions before purchase and double check measurements. If you have any questions please send us a message before purchase and we will be happy to help you.
In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive misprinted/damaged/defective, please send us a message WITHIN 48 hours of delivery, with the photo of the damaged item(s). We will be happy to replace them.
The timeframe for ANY changes (including personalization details for customized items, address change, or cancelations) on your order is 2 hours from the time you placed the order.
After 2 hours we CAN'T guarantee that we can accommodate any special request, as most likely your order has been sent to the production process which can't be reversed.

We do not offer the option to add additional gift notes to the orders.
When ordering you can mark your order as a gift; this only means that the prices will be hidden when shipped, but the item won’t be packed as a gift.
The "Add a note" field at checkout is only intended for communications between seller and buyer, and any additional gift notes will be disregarded.
Items in our shop have different production times and might be shipped separately. We also work with multiple print partners in different locations so you can receive multiple packages if ordering more than one product.
